great coffee machine nice coffee poor meal limited options
The staff was super helpful . I needed directions a couple of times and they pointed me the right way! The room had a really nice coffee machine and tea kettle too. I loved the little bottle of milk in the fridge for my morning coffee. That was a great touch!!!
My evening meal wasn't great. It did not feel like value for money. I found the options for lunch and dinner quite limited.

The staff greeted us warmly and were very efficient. The room was beautifully decorated, clean, and quiet. Breakfast service offered many options. I really appreciated the room service option.

uneven experience, some issues
the staff seemed friendly enough, i suppose.
the soundproofing was awful, i could hear everything happening outside on the street. this. i expect better at this price point so i'm quite annoyed about it.
